  2. Go to Zigbuy via donista: Start your shopping at Zigbuy via the donista link. This allows us to assign your purchase to your chosen project.
  3. Shop normally at Zigbuy: Shop at Zigbuy as usual — without any surcharge and with the same prices and conditions as when shopping directly.
  4. Donation is forwarded: Zigbuy pays donista a commission, which we forward as a donation to your chosen project.

The donation amount depends on the product category and the commission that Zigbuy pays to donista. On the shop page for Zigbuy we transparently show you what percentage of your purchase at Zigbuy is passed on as a donation.

The available payment methods are determined entirely by Zigbuy — donista is not involved in this process. At Zigbuy you can find the accepted payment methods directly in the checkout area of the shop.

Returns and refunds are handled directly with Zigbuy in accordance with their return policy. Please note that in the event of a return at Zigbuy, the corresponding donation to your project may also be cancelled.
