  1. Choose a project: Select a social project in your donista account that you want to support with your purchase at TerpPens.
  2. Go to TerpPens via donista: Start your shopping at TerpPens via the donista link. This allows us to assign your purchase to your chosen project.
  3. Shop normally at TerpPens: Shop at TerpPens as usual — without any surcharge and with the same prices and conditions as when shopping directly.
  4. Donation is forwarded: TerpPens pays donista a commission, which we forward as a donation to your chosen project.

The available payment methods are determined entirely by TerpPens — donista is not involved in this process. At TerpPens you can find the accepted payment methods directly in the checkout area of the shop.

Returns and refunds are handled directly with TerpPens in accordance with their return policy. Please note that in the event of a return at TerpPens, the corresponding donation to your project may also be cancelled.
