Donation is forwarded: RTL+ pays donista a commission, which we forward as a donation to your chosen project.

You start your purchase at RTL+ via donista, choose a social project and shop as normal. RTL+ then pays donista a commission, most of which (80%) we pass on as a donation to your chosen project.

Yes, using donista when shopping at RTL+ is completely free for you. You don't pay a single cent more at RTL+ than without donista — the donation is funded from the commission paid by RTL+.

The donation amount depends on the product category and the commission that RTL+ pays to donista. On the shop page for RTL+ we transparently show you what percentage of your purchase at RTL+ is passed on as a donation.

The available payment methods are determined entirely by RTL+ — donista is not involved in this process. At RTL+ you can find the accepted payment methods directly in the checkout area of the shop.

Returns and refunds are handled directly with RTL+ in accordance with their return policy. Please note that in the event of a return at RTL+, the corresponding donation to your project may also be cancelled.
