Shop normally at Roborock: Shop at Roborock as usual — without any surcharge and with the same prices and conditions as when shopping directly.
Donation is forwarded: Roborock pays donista a commission, which we forward as a donation to your chosen project.

The available payment methods are determined entirely by Roborock — donista is not involved in this process. At Roborock you can find the accepted payment methods directly in the checkout area of the shop.

Returns and refunds are handled directly with Roborock in accordance with their return policy. Please note that in the event of a return at Roborock, the corresponding donation to your project may also be cancelled.
