Donation is forwarded: Refurbed pays donista a commission, which we forward as a donation to your chosen project.

The donation amount depends on the product category and the commission that Refurbed pays to donista. On the shop page for Refurbed we transparently show you what percentage of your purchase at Refurbed is passed on as a donation.

The available payment methods are determined entirely by Refurbed — donista is not involved in this process. At Refurbed you can find the accepted payment methods directly in the checkout area of the shop.

Returns and refunds are handled directly with Refurbed in accordance with their return policy. Please note that in the event of a return at Refurbed, the corresponding donation to your project may also be cancelled.
