  2. Go to Polis via donista: Start your shopping at Polis via the donista link. This allows us to assign your purchase to your chosen project.
  3. Shop normally at Polis: Shop at Polis as usual — without any surcharge and with the same prices and conditions as when shopping directly.
  4. Donation is forwarded: Polis pays donista a commission, which we forward as a donation to your chosen project.

The available payment methods are determined entirely by Polis — donista is not involved in this process. At Polis you can find the accepted payment methods directly in the checkout area of the shop.

Returns and refunds are handled directly with Polis in accordance with their return policy. Please note that in the event of a return at Polis, the corresponding donation to your project may also be cancelled.
