The available payment methods are determined entirely by Medpets — donista is not involved in this process. At Medpets you can find the accepted payment methods directly in the checkout area of the shop.

Returns and refunds are handled directly with Medpets in accordance with their return policy. Please note that in the event of a return at Medpets, the corresponding donation to your project may also be cancelled.
