  2. Go to Diamonds via donista: Start your shopping at Diamonds via the donista link. This allows us to assign your purchase to your chosen project.
  3. Shop normally at Diamonds: Shop at Diamonds as usual — without any surcharge and with the same prices and conditions as when shopping directly.
  4. Donation is forwarded: Diamonds pays donista a commission, which we forward as a donation to your chosen project.

The available payment methods are determined entirely by Diamonds — donista is not involved in this process. At Diamonds you can find the accepted payment methods directly in the checkout area of the shop.

Returns and refunds are handled directly with Diamonds in accordance with their return policy. Please note that in the event of a return at Diamonds, the corresponding donation to your project may also be cancelled.
