  2. Go to Blackout via donista: Start your shopping at Blackout via the donista link. This allows us to assign your purchase to your chosen project.
  3. Shop normally at Blackout: Shop at Blackout as usual — without any surcharge and with the same prices and conditions as when shopping directly.
  4. Donation is forwarded: Blackout pays donista a commission, which we forward as a donation to your chosen project.

You start your purchase at Blackout via donista, choose a social project and shop as normal. Blackout then pays donista a commission, most of which (80%) we pass on as a donation to your chosen project.

Yes, using donista when shopping at Blackout is completely free for you. You don't pay a single cent more at Blackout than without donista — the donation is funded from the commission paid by Blackout.

The donation amount depends on the product category and the commission that Blackout pays to donista. On the shop page for Blackout we transparently show you what percentage of your purchase at Blackout is passed on as a donation.

The available payment methods are determined entirely by Blackout — donista is not involved in this process. At Blackout you can find the accepted payment methods directly in the checkout area of the shop.

Returns and refunds are handled directly with Blackout in accordance with their return policy. Please note that in the event of a return at Blackout, the corresponding donation to your project may also be cancelled.
